The 2021 Upper Valley E-Bike Library kicks off April 18 in Hartford! Four bikes, including a “cargo bike,” will be available for people to borrow for a couple of days or a couple of hours. From there, the library will move on to Hanover, Sharon, Norwich, Lebanon, Thetford, Cornish/Plainfield, Hartland, and New London, staying about a month in each town.
