FINAL CALL! – PEOPLE’S STATE OF THE STATE RALLY – STATE HOUSE – JANUARY 9 AT NOON

Extinction Rebellion Vermont and a coalition of climate justice partners from around the state will rally outside the State House in Montpelier with our voices and our noisemakers to demand that our elected officials join with Vermonters to acknowledge the climate crisis and to enact emergency measures during the 2020 legislative session to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions and to promote a just transition to a new democracy and a regenerative economy.

Come with your friends and neighbors to show your support for the implementation of the rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes in all aspects of society, which the best science says are required to ensure a more sustainable and equitable future.
