REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Vermont Clean Energy Industry Report

Vermont Clean Energy Development Fund, Vermont Public Service Department

The Vermont Public Service Department’s Clean Energy Development Fund (CEDF) seeks the services of a qualified contractor or group interested in researching, analyzing and working with the Clean Energy Development Fund leading to the publication of the Vermont Clean Energy Industry Report. The selected individual or group will work closely with the CEDF research team and other state and industry stakeholders and data providers to conduct primary and secondary market research, analysis and writing that effectively communicates the status of Vermont’s emerging clean energy market.

The total amount of funding available through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is $150,000 for a project that will be funded over a three-year period. Hard copies and electronic copies of proposals must arrive at the Public Service Department by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, October 18, 2013. The complete Request for Proposals is attached and may also be downloaded from the Vermont Public Service Department website at: http://publicservice.vermont.gov/announcements
