Hello, We have been getting calls about the weather tonight
and the Energy Exchange.
The Energy Exchange is still on rain or shine.
Hope to see you this evening. 

Friday, June 28th 6:00pm  (tonight)
PAREI Energy Exchange
McLane Rentals Barn,
54 Langdon Street, Plymouth, NH
(Off Highland Street – just pass PSU Library) Look for PAREI Signs

6:00pm  Barbecue/Potluck PAREI will provide local hot dogs from LFP’s Bunten Farmhouse, Non alcoholic drinks, papergoods,  silverware, condiments, rolls and a dozen veggie burgers.  BYOB. Bring folding chairs. Please bring salads and desserts.  To help us plan, we appreciate hearing what you plan to bring.  E-mail robbin@plymouthenergy.org

7:00pm – 7:45pm  – Presentations:
1) Air Source Heat Pump Space Heaters and Solar PV – by Craig Cadieux, PAREI Energy Solutions Manager and Paul D’Allesandro and Lucy Bartley from BTD Mechanical Contracting.  Several PAREI members including Paul D have installed Air Source Heat Pump Space Heaters and can talk directly about the energy savings they are enjoying!

2) Micah and Rachael McLane, PAREI Board Members and tonight’s hosts, will show the results of their solar pv system using the Envoy Communications Web Based Monitoring unit.  Photos of the newly completed 13KW solar pv system at Off Campus Student Rentals building – 7 Russell Street –  will be included!

7:45pm – 8:15pm BREAK OUT SESSIONS

SOLAR TOUR:  Directly behind the Barn, you can look up and see the Mclane Solar Park! Both McLane homes have a solar pv and solar thermal system on their roofs.  Micah and Rachael will take you on a tour of the solar systems and answer all your questions about how and why to consider installing solar energy on your home.  Sandra Jones will be on hand to offer information about energy savings and incentives.

GARDEN TALK:  Master Gardener and PAREI Member Dick Flanders will do a talk on Backyard Gardening titled “Using fruits and berries in your edible landscaping”.

PAREI Energy Exchanges are open to all PAREI Members as well as anyone interested in learning more about PAREI and the issues of energy conservation, energy efficiency and renewable energy. NO RSVP necessary.  Next Energy Exchange will take place in Late September.
