Upstairs at the Co-op, Upper Valley Food Co-op, White River Junction. Courtesy of Food for Maine’s Future, the new documentary takes a bottom-up look at food policy and raises important questions about the need for scale-appropriate regulation for neighbors feeding neighbors.  Based on real and current events in Blue Hill, Maine. Sweetwater,  April 19

Third Thursday Movie, April 19, 7 PM.

An elegy to the American West showing the last sheep drive up into Montana’s breathtaking and dangerous Beartooth Mountains. This astonishingly beautiful, yet unsparing film reveals a world in which nature and culture, animals and humans, vulnerability and violence are all intimately meshed.
