for our members. The events take place at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Burlington. The debate goes from 3:30-5:00 p.m. The reception and Annual Meeting is from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Cash bar.

Important note: Renewable Energy Vermont is offering VNRC members ½ price admission to their Energy Expo. Find out more and register at www.revermont.org.

November 13 — Environmental Action 2010 Conference
Join friends and fellow Vermonters for a day of useful workshops, inspiration, skill building and networking to help create healthy, sustainable Vermont communities. We have also invited the new Governor to attend and lay out his agenda on ‘energy and the environment.’ Find out much more about this daylong event and register at www.vtenvironmentalaction.org.

December 4 — Community Energy and Climate Action Conference
Save the date! This event is tailored to people who want to network and learn about clean-energy strategies underway in Vermont and beyond. In a series of action-oriented workshops as well as through a compelling keynote speaker and, we hope, the next Governor of Vermont, you’ll get a first-hand overview of what you your community and Vermont can do to help save energy, transition to renewables and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.

For more information about any of these events, contact Johanna Miller at 802-223-2328, visit www.vnrc.org or email jmiller@vnrc.org. Please come, spread the word and help build an engaged, empowered network of Vermonters to create a clean, green, healthy Vermont.
